After an 18-month jail sentence, Ricky and Julian head home to get their lives back together but a bully has taken control of the park.
Julian decides to depart Sunnyvale Trailer Park and go to community college to finally do something productive in his life.
Ricky and Bubbles agree to star in J-Roc's porno film but Ricky loses his nerve, forcing Bubbles to stand in for him on a particularly steamy scene.
Ricky lets a dog devour a tray of hash brownies and takes the dog to the local veterinarian. He must then run errands for the vet to pay for it.
Julian convinces Ricky that it's time to marry Lucy. Reluctant at first, Ricky changes his mind when Julian suggests that people will assume he's gay.
Lucy asks Julian to plan the wedding since she thinks Ricky is not up to it, but his plans ruin the wedding when the cops show up.
After nearly six months in jail, Ricky and Julian come back to find the trailer park a disaster. They reveal to Bubbles their plan to start a grow op.
Julian and Ricky have to make sure that Jim Lahey wins the election for trailer park supervisor over their archrival Sam Losco, who is also running.
